Information We Collect — We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact forms, including your name, email address, organization name, and inquiry details. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs through standard web server logs. We do not use invasive tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

How We Use Your Information — Information submitted through our contact and inquiry forms is used solely to respond to your request, evaluate potential partnerships, and provide relevant information about our services and products. Technical data is used to maintain website performance, security monitoring, and to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Third-Party Services — Our contact forms are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Our website is hosted on Vercel. These services may process limited technical data as part of their operations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Job Applications. When you apply for a role on our careers page, we collect the details you submit: your name, email, phone number, college, year and department, profile links, your answers and your resume. We use this information only to assess your application and contact you about it. Applications and resumes are stored with Supabase, our database and storage provider, in private storage that only the people reviewing applications at Migsak can access. We keep applications for up to 12 months after the role closes and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by writing to contact@migsak.com.

Data Retention — Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of the business relationship or inquiry lifecycle, after which they are securely deleted. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days for security and performance analysis purposes.

Your Rights — You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. You may also request that we restrict processing of your data or object to processing entirely. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@migsak.com. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.

Data Security — We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure hosting infrastructure, and access controls.
