Software Developer Intern
Build real client products end to end, from the first screen to deployment, using AI-assisted development as your everyday way of working.

Migsak builds web and mobile apps for businesses, connected to the systems they already run on. We are a small team, so an intern here does not sit on the sidelines. You will be given a real piece of a client project and trusted to take it from an empty repository to something running in production.
We build with AI tools every day. Claude, Cursor, Antigravity and similar tools are part of how we design, write, review and ship code, and we expect you to already be comfortable working this way and keen to get much better at it.
This is a 3-month unpaid internship. Interns who do well are considered for a stipend after the 3 months, based on the work they have shipped.
What you will do
- Take features or small products from idea to deployment with minimal hand-holding
- Design simple, clean interfaces and turn them into working front-end code
- Build APIs and backend services, and model the data behind them
- Use AI coding tools to move fast while still understanding and owning every line you ship
- Share progress in the daily online check-in and demo your work at the in-person meetups
What we are looking for
- Self-motivated and able to start on a problem alone, without waiting to be told each step
- A fast learner who picks up a new framework or tool in days, not weeks
- Hands-on with AI-based development using tools like Claude, Cursor or Antigravity
- Working knowledge across the stack: front end, APIs, backend and databases
- Some design sense, enough to make a screen look clean and usable
- At least one project you built from scratch and deployed yourself
Good to have
- Experience with React, Next.js, Flutter, Node.js, FastAPI or PostgreSQL
- A public GitHub or portfolio with work you are proud of
- Any freelance or client-facing project experience
Schedule and commitment
- Remote, with at least 4 focused hours every weekday
- 8 hours available across the weekend
- A short daily meeting online
- In-person meetups in Bengaluru, weekly or at least twice a month
- Full commitment for the complete 3 months
